Refund policy

Refund/damage/exchange/cancellation
By purchasing products on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy. Because our products are personal care goods (earrings and necklaces) and because customer safety is our top priority, we do not accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging.

You must send us a photo (or video if required) of the product and the associated damage.
KKG Jewelry is happy to offer refunds, less initial shipping fees. Returns must be shipped within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days of delivery, all orders are final sale. All returns of unopened products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund owing.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility - Please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier. If this is an international return, please ensure duties and import taxes are prepaid as any shipments bearing payment upon delivery will be refused.
All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of use.
On sale products are final sales with no refund as well.
Order cancellations- Given that we work to fulfill orders ASAP, all orders are final.
We do not provide refunds for orders sent to the incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure you provide a 100% correct and full shipping address.
We do not provide refunds for orders unclaimed/ not collected by customers until the collection period ended at the local post office.
We are unable to process refunds for subscriptions that weren’t canceled one day prior to their proceeding billing cycle.
KKG Jewelry reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.
